Created in 2007, we currently have seven laboratories, distributed in two buildings of the Faculty of Medicine and facilities for the development of multiple experimental procedures and analyses in several areas of Biomedicine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bioinformatic analysis<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Genomic analysis<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Epidemiology<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>In vitro<\/em> culture of bacterial and animal cells and tissues<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Microbiological studies<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Morphological studies<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Extraction and purification of bioactive products<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mathematical modeling<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the CIB Basic and translational research at the Faculty of Medicine, Diego Portales University, rely on the CIB.
