Basic and translational research at the Faculty of Medicine, Diego Portales University, rely on the CIB.
The CIB is located in the center of Santiago, with a very accessible location through the Los Héroes and Toesca metro stations. Created in 2007, we currently have seven laboratories, distributed in two buildings of the Faculty of Medicine and facilities for the development of multiple experimental procedures and analyses in several areas of Biomedicine:
