Towards a legislation that regulates medically assisted reproduction techniques in Chile

This book addresses the most relevant problems of medically assisted human reproduction techniques (ART), under the gaze of a group of national and international experts, who offer a wealth of medical, legal, ethical, social, and epidemiological background on this matter, not regulated in Chile. This work is the result of a cycle of six seminars on ART carried out by the Diego Portales University in 2021, with the collaboration of the University of Cambridge and the University of Edinburgh. Each chapter corresponds to one of the six seminars.
